String Quartet No. 5

In the last part of the highly energetic 5th string quartet each instrument plays itīs own solo totally independant of the other solos. Together they still form a coherent structure.

In each of yhe four preceding parts material of each solo of the last part is used as a base for canonic, fugatic or minimal development.
